A rare, well-balanced combination of professional and personal skills makes Maria José a benchmark in the Florida real estate business niche. Empathy, technical knowledge, availability and bilingual support are unique attributes I have found while working with her, looking forward to doing business with her again!

Maria, first of all, I want to thank you for all the work, professionalism, and dedication throughout our buying process and for always demonstrating great knowledge of the Florida real estate market. Once again, on my behalf and that of my family, congratulations on all the work done on our first 3 properties in Miami. We count on you for our next acquisitions.

We were delighted that we selected Maria Nascimento as our agent when we listed our condo in Ft Lauderdale. Initially, we had retained a different agent, and we were not pleased with her efforts or results. After one year, we switched to Maria, and working with her was a different experience. Maria gave us a few suggestions to make minor, inexpensive modifications to our condo to make it more presentable, and she worked tirelessly to market our property. Once the renovations were complete, our condo sold in less than three weeks. We could not be more pleased with Maria's representation.

When helping our family's first Real State acquisition in Florida, Maria showed dedication and endless efforts in presenting us with several options until we could finally find exactly what we wanted. She was not only an excellent professional before the closing, but also after the deal was concluded, she gave us lots of support as well.
We highly recommend her should you want an excellent real estate professional in
Florida.

It was a pleasure working with Maria when my husband and I were looking for our new home in Florida. Her negotiation skills, follow-up, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. She was excellent and punctual in her communications and offered sound advice, always with our interest in mind. Honestly, we never had a real estate broker who works as much as her to satisfy her client’s needs. We highly recommend Maria for anyone who want a professional representation.

Maria has helped me in 3 different real estate transactions. First, when we moved from Brazil to Miami, then, she helped us to find a place to lease for our business, and last, she helped us to buy our house in Weston. Her professionalism and transparency created the confidence that made me feel comfortable in the decision-making, as she understands all steps of the buying and leasing process, she always kept me informed whenever she anticipated any risks or issues.

We bought a Townhouse home in 2017 in Davie, FL. As first-time home buyers, we
must admit we were intimidated by the whole process. Maria provided us with all the knowledge and advice necessary to find our first home. The professionalism, attention, and care she provided us through the process made the experience of buying a home painless and smooth. Maria always worked for our best interest and truly cared for our future as a home buyer. We highly recommend Maria for your real estate needs.

Our experience when buying an apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, was excellent due to all the attention and confidence Maria Jose gave us during the process. The necessary trust and friendship remained crucial for the project's success. I recommend Maria to everyone who wants to be well-represented in Florida.

Maria J. Nascimento is the kindest and hardest-working realtor I’ve ever met. At first, I thought it was an act, but her sincerity and integrity were real. What’s striking about Maria is her patience during conversations and her ability to calm you with minimal response; plus, she was an excellent local tour guide while we looked for properties. I thought I misheard her. You can’t go wrong with her, and it’s why she will be my permanent realtor in Florida.

We are very happy to choose Maria to assist us in purchasing our apartment in Brickell Miami. From the beginning, she was tireless in finding the best option for our family! We were still in Brazil, and she sent us several options. She scheduled many visits and was always enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail. It took several days, many visits, many coffees break, and many calls until we found what we were looking for. We also gained a great friend! We highly recommend her should you need a very professional and knowlegeable real estate agent in South Florida!
